… worth much more than you think it might be, and it might change their policies so others don’t have the same experience. For them to label a room accessible and charge for it when it is not equipped as such is inexcusable. They probably receive tax breaks and possibly some subsidies as well based on the number of rooms they claim are accessible.

Just my 2 cents.
