I don't think this is the time to pull out the balsamic, but if I'd only had apple cider vinegar I'd have used that, I can't imagine it makes much difference.

And Dr. Oz. said listerine, but I had an open bottle of crest pro-health complete which is an alcohol free one, so I'm using that. I did a little research online after I heard it on his show, and the most important thing seems to be DO NOT USE THE GREEN LISTERINE because it will dye your toes green and it won't scrub off.

And you won't see results any faster than the nail grows, which sucks. Someone else I know started in May. He had a pretty bad infection for decades and couldn't treat it because the meds he was already on prevented him from taking the prescription pills for fungus. He said one big toenail was completely messed up, with some other toenails not as bad. Last time I talked to him was a week or two ago, and he's just starting to get clean growth at the base of his nail bed, so that was 4 months to knock out the active infection plus see clean growth. It's definitely a test of patience - something to start now if you want to show off your toes next summer.

I wish at the start that I'd taken a photo for my own reference and then once a month so I could measure progress.
