I’ve got orders for 13 of them. I use dried pineapple, papaya, apricots, dates, and raisins instead of candied fruit and soak them in Capt Morgan’s Spiced Rum for a month.
Can’t beat a nice big slice and a glass of homemade eggnog.

Always appreciate a fruit cake at Christmas. Don't really like them, but I know they'll be just as good a year or two
