24. Fresh cooked and dried.

Never, ever canned. Dried cranberries are wonderful in baking and salads. Bright flavor and color are perfect. Fresh-cooked sauces and relish options are endless. Cranberry-pear chutney is wonderful with curried dishes (like leftover turkey curry) and fresh cooked sauces can be made thick enough to slather on sandwiches, too. No additives (except for orange zest and perhaps a hit of brandy, and of course organic sugar and sea salt).
