anyway, so why not enjoy spicy food?
If I make chili, beef stew or beans and rice, there must be cornbread. With NO sugar/
My mom made amazing Welsh Rarebit (which in KY is pronounced 'rabbit') We always had it on New Year's Eve, and we ate it with pickles, onions and on saltines.
I don't make it because I would eat too much of it and I already eat too much cheese. Every year my dad used to age a wheel of cheddar in the basement of my grandfather's store and when it had aged a couple of years, he brought it out and sold it. It was so sharp, and Mom used it with some regular cheddar to make the rarebit.
