Chocolate, cream, and ice. I've never drunk hot coffee and really can't stand the smell.

I love Thai iced coffe and tea. Coconut is the magic ingredient there as well.

First, I grind my own beans; much better taste. Once brewed, I add 1/2 N 1/2 and a little sugar in the raw.

I have found that mild roast is far less bitter; also the bean variety can make a difference too.

I can't drink coffee for medical reasons. I thought I'd miss it a lot, but I don't. I just drink herbal tea.

In my case it's stomach issues. But I've grown to love herbal teas. And they don't have caffeine. :)
