120. I think the butter thing depends on climate. In SoCal Summer & Fall can be blistering...

In Hawai’i the ambient temp is more comfortable as long as the trade-winds are blowing, but the ambient temp is still warm enough to make butter very soft to melted.
Since it’s subtropical there is also the problem of bugs, so as long as I lived there nearly every food item got stashed in the hermetically sealed refrigerator. Every woman I knew was devoted to Tupperware for dry goods like rice and flour.
