(10,725 posts)54. Most helpful instant pain killer for me
Is powdered raspberry aspirin with caffeine. It comes in a packet you shake into your mouth - then follow up with water.
3 months ago, I went flying when the handlebars came off my dolly and I did in my back good. I had some 10 yr old oxys which helped the first week.
Stewart McGill is the most famous back injury go to guy in the US - He is famous for his McGill 3 back muscle strengthening exercises to help with back pain. I do them everyday- takes 12 minutes. Took 3 months & my back pain is finally 95% gone but my legs are now bothering me. Powered aspirin with caffeine stops my leg pain for hours.
I feel for you -
I do these on a massage table so I dont need to be on floor.

Stop second-guessing the medical pros and get some help! Even if you have to call an ambo.

Dear LuckyCharms. Go to doctor and have it examined. They will give you a sedative for the scan.
