22. I can understand panic attacks

When my father died a little less than half a decade ago(4-5) years, I remember having panic attacks months afterwards.
He was so young, and he had his first stroke when he was younger than me.

It is when the doctor said I may have hyper tension. Thing is, when they put me on medicine, things just got worse for me.
I stopped taking it, and started doing really hard exercise programs and most of those things stopped. My BP went down, and the panic attacks have gone to a minimum.

I have my male best friend to thank for that one. He bought me Insanity, and said we would do it together. He didn't, but I did, and have been trucking along ever since. He also finished the program this year, and it has done wonders for him.
