9. hydro-electric - term is for electricity from running water, i.e. dams

most of us Canuks refer to electricity as hydro.

In fact, our main provider is called Ontario Hydro.

Oh, - now we're n the subject, had no running water either for almost six years.

A SHOWER??? -

only when it was real warm and momma nature decided to empty the skies.
