When I filled the scrip, asked the pharmacist for a mouthwash suitable for that - sort of expensive, but concern for my health made it a no-brainer.

It is a non-alcohol based wash, and has a squirt nozzle - I use it after eating, and any other time I feel a collection in the holes.

Also, I pour Acidophilus powder in the lower gum (Acidophilus is a probiotic). I buy only Acid(my own short-form) in capsules, and requires refrigeration. The powder has an amazing benefit when poured out of the capsule to almost immediately cure sore throats, and upset stomachs due to food rich in spices.

But shaking my head is pretty much out of the question - still have a nagging headache, very unusual for me and do not want to encourage it.

Extractions were Friday, and scrip is running low, so going to the hospital to see if I can get more perks, and see if there is an allowable increase in dosage. I know that from taking the recommended dosage is not enough to keep the pain at a livable level.

If I cannot get more perks, I will just have to suffer.

Dental pain has got to be the worst.

(sigh)
