Are dead people driving in South Carolina? Forget dead people voting. [View all]

The attorney general of South Carolina apparently used MOTOR VEHICLE DATA to conclude that dead people are voting in South Carolina. Shouldn't the greater concern be whether dead people are DRIVING in South Carolina.
