It is larger than I thought.
But I'll get it sooner or later -
I'd rather go toe to toe with an angry biker than go back to any of the local dentists.
I'm 150 pounds of wimpy -

Yes, gargle with salt. It will help. I'm surprised the dentist didn't suggest it.

Rinsing with warm water with salt in it will reduce the pain, not increase it.
