That's one thing I can't seem to agree with, in regards to the financial assessment.

It has to be a lot more than that, from the property itself which would cost any where from 1-2 Mil at a minimum.
Then add all the furniture and antiques in there. That could easily inflate that even more.

Still, I agree with Denim. Being Batman = Priceless.
