they'll talk to the dr. and call back. It never happens. So when my daughter broke her ankle, I took her in, didn't call ahead, just planted myself there. If they had tried to send me to urgent care or ER I was prepared to ask them loudly in front of the whole waiting room if this was actually a dr. office?

Luckily they did see us and the dr. did confirm the ankle was broken.
