I realize it might be a bit difficult for you to move a muscle right now, LOL, but what it really means is doing something different to take your mind off whatever's bothering you. Read DU, watch TV, play a game, watch a funny video on YouTube (Rachel Maddow is showing baby moose cavorting in sprinklers right now ), do whatever you can to distract yourself until you feel able to sleep.

And that's one of the nice things about DU. We're always here 24/7, somebody's always up to reply to you, day or night!
