59. On Wednesday I went on a couple of hikes at St. Marks Wildlife Refuge
Thu Oct 29, 2015, 07:26 PM
Oct 2015

The first was around the pond across from the lighthouse and I only hiked about 1/4 miles. The second was from the old headquarters at the firetower and was a one mile hike.

Not really that far but the longest hikes I've been able to handle for a long time.

I took it easy today - my lungs are not happy today. What is nice is that my muscles and joints are just fine.

My husband is forcing me to get out at least two or three times a week to do some kind of walking whether it is an outside hike or - since my breathing is a problem in high humidity - in some big store or one of the malls.
