You need serious psychiatric intervention, and pronto. Do you have access to a suicide hotline? If so, call it. Tell them what you've told us. We're not really qualified to help you.

I cannot believe your family blames you for all of this. You are seriously depressed and there's no way you can be blamed.

Get help now.
