I only do it part-time now at B&N for the book-discount and to get out of the house...I work from home in the "real" job.

I used to do it F/T for a coffeehouse/bar in DC with a full kitchen. I loved that job...competed in the USBC when I was there and was a semi-finalist. It's where I learned to bake before I went to c school. (I wasn't cut out to be a chef...I love food, not service.)

I love making raw sugar Cuban shots. Haven't quite managed one with stevia that doesn't taste bad.
