Is there an office manual or an employee handbook that can be used to show the offending party that she may have violated internal policy? You could approach her, as a concern troll, and tell her that maybe she shouldn't do this. She could get into trouble and you wouldn't want her to get reprimanded or worse.

I've learned about "concern trollism" from DU.
