Fun fact: there were two Brutuses involved in the murder of Julius, and one of them was Decimus Junius Brutus, who some have speculated was Julius's natural son. Julius said on several occasions that he loved Decimus like a son, and it is thought that if he did say "Et tu, Brute" as the knives went in, he was really addressing Decimus, not Marcus. Decimus was the one who persuaded Julius to attend the Forum that day, and is said to have been the last to stab Julius.

And while we're talking about the Ides and Judas, let's not forget that other conspirator, Gaius Cassius Longinus, who shares with Marcus and Judas residence in the mouth of Dante's Satan.
