Seriously, I've rarely experienced nightmares in my lifetime. As I mentioned before in a "dreams" thread, I've had a couple of recurring dreams over the years: one is of me, standing on the ground, witnessing a passenger jet crashing (that's always disturbing), the other is that I'm back in school and I have completely forgotten about one of my courses and it's too late to catch up on the missed exams and assignments.
Otherwise, my dreams are almost always like an extension of my everyday life. Sometimes they take a little bit of an unusual twist but mostly they could have happened to me any day of the week.
