Is there a shut down there? When I right clicked it does show a shut down prompt.

Windows Live Essentials 2012 was the email program he's had and knows for 5 years. I need a safe download for that program. I click on links that only bring more links. It's very weird. And some are unfamiar sites.

My hubby suffers from early stages Alzheimer's. New patterns are difficult, if not impossible to hold on to. I will have to write down a check list.
