I was taught the basics of 35mm back in my early teens then studied process photography in my late teens. Used it at work for a few years, now I have gone digital. I started really small and now have a Nikon Coolpix P510. I wonder if I'll ever use all it has to offer... doubt it. But I love having a camera that does just about everything I know how to do and lots more. It will be another few years before I know a quarter of what I can do with it, but it sure is nice having room to grow.
