and to add insult to injury, now the cable providers are showing advertisements right on the screen while we are watching our shows?

It isn't bad enough that our show contents are now down to 18 minutes of actual air time of the shows, but then they put advertisements for upcoming shows on the bottom of the screens while we are trying to watch our shows.
