In your settings you can make a custom guide. You go thru all the channels you get, mark the ones you wanna keep. It takes a minute. But worth it. I got rid of all those channels and the tons of shopping channels.

Menu, then settings. Should be channel guide or something. Im not in front of my tv so I can't say for sure. But it's pretty easy to find and do.
