remember that you can switch to the other list, "All Channels That I Get" on long weekends when they give you premium channels for a couple of days so those channels show up in your guide. Then you can switch back to your custom list when the preview is done.

We have the HBO package.

One of the things I like about DirecTv is their customer service.
