And Americans cannot make that connection. That road is not just falling apart just because.

Local example, our local hole in the budget to maintain stuff we already own is 1.4 BILLION dollars. The projected stadium cost, no overruns (RIGHT) will be 1.4 Billion dollars. It's almost poetic.

By the way, stuff is the highly technical term used by city staff during a hearing... I love 'em, even when, especially when, they talk down to members of the city council.
