centers and condo throughout. Several years ago before the last drought we had a really wet winter. I remember driving by Fashion Valley Mall (immediately to the north of the convention center) and saw the lower lever parking garage totally flooded....at least 6 feet of water in some areas....and poking though the water the tops of cars and trucks.
