most dangerous thing will be in Santa Ana winds come, they will blow 40 to 50 mph DOWN the mountain, right onto town.
I live among beautiful original ALL WOODEN houses from 1887 , from when the town was founded, they'll go up like matchsticks, hope it doesn't happen, they've survived for 133 years so far!
