non-working and I guess they have a way of defining for "assault (military style) weapons" I hope this does not encourage stealing weapons due to the "no-questions-asked policy". I hope they do not accept empty tubes that look bad but are harmless and are non-functional. Otherwise I have no problems with this, some people have weapons that are no longer wanted.
