UPDATE 2.

I have just received a call from a friend and neighbor. A mutual friend is THE NEIGHBOR on Xxxxx Xxxxxx in Clearwater Beach to this perps family. She says that before college, Timothy Deegan, a son of a minister terrorized her daughter! When he went away to college, he stayed up there. The family is still living next door, and they are asking me why there is nothing in OUR local paper? A few neighbors also believe the Times is not covering this because the parents live in the community, and this perp grew up here in Clearwater. I told the mutual friend, I would send this info out and again ask, where's the Times?
