How excited do you think a blue collar Latin or Black American is going to get if the best thing you have to offer them involves the ease to vote? Really? Many of them are too busy making it to their second jobs to see the cause and effect of politics which have, for a large part, supported a redistribution of government money that is far more networked in white-based communities, than it is in their own neighborhoods. Not to mention that any government project that is meant to benefit them is a twofer because it usually involves construction contracts to cronies.

I really feel like the minority vote is being taken for granted on this one.
