In Carlton County, Minnesota the Social Services Department has changed their way of dealing with [View all]

clients. You no longer have a social worker - now you have a team and seldom talk to the same person twice on a problem. The teams deal with different problems such as aging, single families etc.

I am wondering if the is just a Carlton County change or if the whole state is using this model. Most of us clients think it is not working as good as the old model did. Lots of problems that do not get attention.
