The fact that there was a "checksum" error on the computer program running on the machine is proof the machine program to count the ballots as scanned had been altered from the original... that is my interpretation of what was not explained in or on the report and in fact, the implied notion is that a second memory card had been used... i.e., one that would have loaded a virus onto the machine to alter its checksum total when doing a checksum report on the contents of the program language on the machine to see if it had changed... the fact that the title of the report reported a "checksum error" is proof in itself the program had been altered... to find the altercation all they needed to do is compare the programs using software available by many prom program software utilities for burning chips and do a search to locate exactly where the program had been changed...
Need to take a second look at that checksum error report I think... find out who wrote the report and for them to clarify how it was detected...
