one the one hand, it kinda sounds like "Sure, you can have free speech...if you can afford it." On the other, I guess it's not like they couldn't march on the sidewalks.

Then I actually clicked the link and saw that those were pretty much the arguments being presented! Funny.

I'm not sure where I'd come down on this one.
