Strong, manly repubs standing up against the big bad feds to protect our gunz....

McCulloch v. Maryland defined the scope of federal authority over states, and a little dust-up called the Civil War pretty well settled the notion of nullification. No court worthy of the name is going to uphold this.

I don't think state law precludes federal law, i.e., drugs, etc. laws for example. This is a stupid SWBTATTReg Nov 2020 #2
