You go anywhere near these fracking areas, you will see License Plates from Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, Louisiana, etc. Every time there is a work injury the injured is from out of state.

I have gone on the websites for these companies and they list no openings in Pennsylvania, which leads me to believe they are only doing "local" hiring in other states only.

I think that these companies don't want Pennsylvania employees for 2 reasons: #1 Pennsylvanians will demand more money and #2 these companies believe that Pennsylvania workers will unionize.
