The workers own the company entirely and therefore work for themselves. The decisions are made by the group. There is no owner class. They are their own kind of union, which is great in a right to work state.

Through Capitalism, they pay taxes, pay for benefits and buy items that they are unable to make.

Sanders will explain to America the difference between Capitalism, Socialism and Communism/Red Army. Many people were taught in school that socialism and communism are the same thing.
