that they can't sue without the university having their names waded through mud. Baylor reserves the rights to weigh considerations such as a) is the accused one of the star athletes, b) is the victim intoxicated or wearing clothing that makes them a target (iow, bullshit like this guy is spewing), c) is either the victim or the accused a member of a legacy family that makes generous contributions to the university on a regular basis, d) negative publicity to the university, or e) any combination of those considerations.
