2. The Hospital District Tax will go up on every county taxpayer to cover the cost of indigent care.

Texans will be paying twice, once through income taxes and again through increased county hospital district taxes. And our income taxes will go to states like New Mexico and be totally lost to this state for the future, because the ACA has NO adjustments later. What a stupid move backward.
