The wind this morning has been crazy. Not hurricane levels, mind you, but more wind than we normally see. A windy day isn't out of the ordinary, but this morning the wind was raging. The local pop radio station I listened to said it was as high as 50 mph in some spots. I wouldn't be surprised to learn my neighborhood was in one of those 50mph spots. I drive a fairly heavy and low-riding car (not customized, just the nature of the car), and I could feel it being blown about this morning. I also heard that the wind advisory was in effect until 5 or 6 this evening.
