Somewhat familiar with that area. The train didn't travel to far from the March Point refinery (its on the peninsula in the map shown) to where it derailed just before the bridge.

I'm wondering if the train had to slow down suddenly because the bridge wasn't ready for it. That bridge is usually open due to boat traffic.

I'm sure we'll hear more about it.
