1. Horrible! This is tragic. How did this happen?

Of course nobody will be fired for incompetence for inconveniencing these homeowners. I don't care if the are wealthy. It is going to completely change their quality of living. Instead of talking to their kids about their school day, they wlll have to be spending their time boiling water for a simple thing such as dinner. And who has to get up earlier in the morning for making coffee and oatmeal. I hope the city makes fixing this, a high priority.
