if he doesn't provide what has been subpoenaed and the courts do hold him in contempt (2 different counties; 2 different court systems), the Attorney General's office can obtain the necessary records directly from the federal government and the financial institutions under court order.

They're also asking that Eyman et. al. be fined $2,000 per day, until they comply.

Bob Furgeson isn't playing around.

Eyman has been noticeably silent for the past few months. Before this, any time that his name was mentioned in an article he was usually one of the first to respond, usually with a boilerplate cut-n-paste of the talking points of whatever crap he was pushing at the time. One of the most dangerous places in Washington used to be anywhere between Eyman and a TV camera; now, not so much.
