3. We only had them at traffic lights

and I have to say they cut way down on assholes blowing through red lights. The cameras have been gone for a few years now but there's still a marked decrease in accidents at lights.

The major intersection closest to me used to be full of shredded car bits at least once a month. Now I rarely see any signs that there has been an accident there.
