4. We had them recently in my city.

They lasted a couple of years, then the city decided not to renew the contract.

The lower the speed limit, the less leeway you're going to have. If it's 20mph, I do 20. If 25, I do 25. I figure that at about 35 mph I have some slack, but I'm not about to do 50.

And no, they aren't unconstitutional, but a lot of people really don't like them. The hate getting caught speeding.

In my opinion speeding isn't much of a problem in my city, but running red lights is a huge one. If I were in charge I'd consider having barriers rise up out of the pavement when the light turns red so that four more cars don't go through.
