I'm all for freedom and protesting what you want. The courts however have entertained hundreds of these, and secondly I personally find their arguments immoral. If these same suiters have a house that is burning they can call the fireman, when in trouble they can call a uniformed cop, if they are sick they can go to the hospital, so how do they justify not having to pay for these services?

Yes there is gross misuse of funding, but that is a different story altogether. Furthermore, this is costing a bundle of taxpayers money (ironically) to hear these arguments in court.
