He was an older guy who owned a used book store up the street from us. He was a real eccentric and hated the government, he wasn't right wing, just odd. He claimed he hadn't paid a dime in taxes in years. Well he no longer owns his book store cause developers came along, bought up the whole row of stores and there is a residential tower there now.
