Is it disorderly to wave a slogan in the House of Commons [View all]

Was the speaker right to tell Lucas off that it is disorderly to wave a slogan, even though it relates to Climate Change, in the house of commons? Lucas doesnt think so. What next? Anti-war MPs waving peace signs?
